Making photoshop tutorials is something i will do in 2008. Mostly light effects, electric light and some petty cool light streaks and other photoshop trix. A really nice and free Adobe Photoshop plugin is Sinedots I and II! Check them out here: www.philipp-spoeth.de/photoshop He has done some other nice plugins as well and for After Effects too. Good find. I made two simple designs with Sinedots I and II:
